    All our pieces are made to order, so the lead time can vary depending on factors such as the need for customisation, material availability, and our production schedule. After we've discussed and confirmed the details of your order, we will be able to provide a better estimation of the lead time. Where customisation is needed, the lead time will also be extended.

  • We're pleased to offer quotes and arrange international shipments for a fee. Please note that any duties and taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Studio TOOJ will not be held responsible for them.

  • Vacuuming: Use a soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner to gently clean the surface of the furniture.

    Avoid Sharp Objects: Prevent scratches by avoiding sharp objects or abrasive materials on the sand furniture. Be cautious when moving or placing objects to prevent damage.
