Named for the soft indentation at its centre, it reflects the designer’s signature approach: rethinking the beauty of simplicity through form and material. Crafted from responsibly sourced solid walnut and finished with a hand-oiled satin matte sheen, each piece is shaped by skilled artisans to bring out the warmth and quiet strength of the wood.

    All our pieces are made to order, so the lead time can vary depending on factors such as the need for customisation, material availability, and our production schedule. After we've discussed and confirmed the details of your order, we will be able to provide a better estimation of the lead time. Where customisation is needed, the lead time will also be extended.

  • We're pleased to offer quotes and arrange international shipments for a fee. Please note that any duties and taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Studio TOOJ will not be held responsible for them.

  • Dusting: Regularly dust your wooden furniture using a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent the build-up of dirt and debris.

    Cleaning: Use a mild wood cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water to clean the surface of the furniture. Avoid strong chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish.

    Moisture Control: Wood is sensitive to changes in humidity, so avoid placing wooden furniture in areas with high humidity or direct sunlight, as it can cause warping, cracking, or fading. Use a humidifier or dehumidifier to maintain a consistent humidity level if necessary. Wood is a living material and will slightly change colour over time; direct sunlight will speed up the process.

    Protection: Use coasters, placemats, or tablecloths to protect the wooden surface from spills, heat, and scratches.

    Avoid leaving objects in the same place on the surface for extended periods, as this may cause uneven ageing of the wood's colour.

    Polishing: Periodically, apply a high-quality furniture polish or wax to nourish the wood and enhance its natural lustre. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for application and buffing.

    Avoid Sharp Objects: Do not drag sharp or rough objects directly on the wooden surface to prevent scratching or gouging.
